I didn't want you to think I was spending the money on myself. That's why I posted a reply explaining where the SatFix Bux went.

Here's a little token of my gratitude for your generous donation. Please accept it in the spirit that its meant...

All the new units with Lan inputs don't require an x-FTA router.

I would reconsider. I have one and when you land on a scrambled channel the xfta freezes up and you will need to unlpug the xfta or go in the setting through your pc and stop and restart under satellite tab.

Slick .. True same thing happends to me. What would be interressting is just run the rq-sssp client on a nother image or even on the gargole image but not to load it using the GUI web interface, cause what i know for sure is that i run rq-sssp on my pc and it doesn't freez just like this router does, even if where talking about the same client here ...

I can fo sure do the setup and post some result later as i happend to play with one now
(Or maybe there is a fix that i don't know about ? )

I forgot to mention that i've tried reloading the image from Tftp client already, i've loader the factory and the mod image , however same issue ..

    Thanks

Did you try to change the MTU from 1500 to 1400 ?

I found out mine does not work as a router itself connected directily to my cable modem. (no internet access !)
So I would pass on this router. Its a "g" router & it is outdated....

Mely agreed however have you try any other software than the Gargoyle default one ? maybe they don't have the same issue ...
