    Default Scrambled Channel

South isn't working. I contacted the person who sold it to me (I've have had it for almost 1 year). He told me to post in the forum to try to get it to work. He tested it and says it is working. I checked up/down thread and someone told me it is currently up.

Everything seems "normal" never did anything different since it went down. It just all the sudden says scrambled channel.

    I am using limesat ultra
    South says connected
Tried a reboot after shutting down unit for a few hours.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Try rebooting your network,
    Turn reciever off from rear
    Turn router off
    Turn Modem off
    Wait a few minutes
    Turn modem on
    Turn router on
    Turn receiver on
This should eliminate any issues you may have with your network.

Thanks! I am not sure if this worked or if it just fixed itself, but I am now up this morning!

I have a similar problem in the receiver says it's connected to the server but shows no channels. Additionally I have a second receiver at a different location with the same issue. Two limesat ultras at different locations saying it's connected to the server (north) but not showing channels. I'm being told the codes are good. Any suggestions and I'll pass them on. Thanks.

Appreciate the time you took to reply but really? The provider (who shall remain nameless for now) says everything is ok at their end. That means I need to be "pretty damn sure before we start a riot - Young Frankenstein". Looking for someone who might have had the same experience and provide a quick fix. Thanks.

Checked my e-mail and this was sent:

"Finally got it working at both locations. Booting the bloody thing was the fix. Thanks again for your time."
