Ok I'm getting this notice, I was hacked..... I got the tv going but its stuck on one channel. I try to change the channel and it does not change I see the name on the bottom change but stays on the same channel.

The owners are trying to lock everything down to figure it out.
A couple of guys I know called and told me they were locked on the Playboy channel and couldn't change it :-)
I guess there are worse channels you could be locked on LOL

Well if they were thoughtful they could have at least locked it on the shopping network channel since it is Xmas and all. Lol

that is not right either, the only way that info could be used in court is if it was obtained using a search and seize type warrant.
free lance hackers can not be used to obtain records but they could be used to give providers a heads up as to what is on a server before they do it the legal way. in technical terms that would be called a rat. eventually people wil learn if they are going to steal tv that sooner or later there could be a price to pay

There are URLs listed here that are not mentioned elsewhere and the IP is from a proxy from the Republic of Cyprus.

Are you kidding me Steez??? This was a HACK. The way that this message was even written was so immature, sounded like a grade 6 student wrote it and people fell hook line and sinker for it ??? Dont worry about it bud! Someone was pissed off at someone else and this was the result. IP GUYS on the other hand better get a grip on their system and servers because if it happened once chances are it will happen again and again
