If it's a CD with drivers for W8 then it wont work on an OS that is W7.
The higher version will not talk to a lower OS.

Yes Terryl the cd says windows 8 on it, my computer is a windows 7 64 bit operating system. Yeah but which one, I had no luck, i seems to be several options, and i am not computer savoy to know, or fart around to much.

Good job Anubis. I did mention in an earlier post to trash the usb extension cable,they are junk as per the link that you supplied.
so are you guys saying it is the extension? i never got one, so this is not my issue. Or are you saying one of the drivers i should try from this link?
Try the drivers from that link to see if one of them work for you.
i tried every file. holy cow this is brutal.
