Default Cannot connect to server again

Hi there fellow satfixers I have which seems to be a repetitive question here. Running Dreamlink T4 with 110/119. Have an Ethernet cable running to box and have entered all the info from the P$ correct after getting false info on the original email from iks. I couldn't get it to connect before with the info they sent me which was 6.rocketserver.tv with port 35966 then when I did a check order status it came up that it should of been 1.rocketserver.tv with port 35911 then it connected immediately. Watched it for an hour then my channels went back to scrambled and can't connect to server again. When I push the blue button at the beginning it says connection ok. Any thoughts what it could be sub is only 4 days old so it's good or could it just be iksrocket server overloaded. Thanks to any one with suggestions. Appreciated muchly.

Unless there is a number in brackets after connection ok you are not connected.

Quick and probably stupid question but if your router has a password on it can the box bypass the password with the Ethernet cable or do I have to leave my router security disabled. Thanks

If it was working then just stopped, I would think it would be the server, however it could be your connection to the router. A password protected router should have no issues with devices that are running with an ethernet cable connected to it.

What Nobodyspecial is saying is that when you exit the server connection screen you will see this () it should show the page number the server was input on if it's connected. So for example if you input your server in line 2 on the server page (there are 7 pages if I remember correctly) when you exit the server pages it should show "connection OK" (2)

    Does that make sense?

Hi dells. Yea that makes perfect sense. The part that I couldn't figure out was when I first push the blue button it would say connection ok so I thought that ment the box was connect to router. Then after I entered all my info it said server connected then I was able to watch I think it was channel 308 one of the channels that actually worked because of recent ecm. Was working good for about an hour then all of a sudden it flashed the it went back to saying scrambled channel. Tried entering all the info in again but kept saying can not connect to server again. I emailed iksrocket and they have informed me that they have reset my sub on there end so now I just have to reboot and enter it again and if it connects fine obviously it's been the server all along. Thanks for all the great help. Will post results after I re enter info.

If you are not connected to router it will say Ethernet not connected. Connection ok is just the server.

This is just me putting it out there. Maybe try running net straight into the box(if you can). This way you cane rule out your router question. If it works-router. If it doesn't maybe contact your P$ contact.
