If both work fine when running directly to rcvr then you need a new switch

When you say it is showing 110 in blue - is that with the DiSEqC switch connected?

When doing scans I usually do it without a switch installed - so I disconnect from the switch and do a scan with 119 LNB connected directly to the receiver and then with the 110 LNB directly connected. After each scan I check and see if I get all the channels. If it works perfectly with no missing channels - then put in the switch and see what happens.
If you are missing channels - are you missing those same channels when it is directly connected - if so then maybe your service does not have those channels.

If those missing channels come in with a direct connection - but not with a switch - then like nobodyspecial said - try a new switch. DiSEqC switches are actually pretty fragile you can fry them pretty easily by shorting out the centre postive coax to ground when trying to connect to your receiver. Always power off your receiver when connecting the coax to your receiver if you are using a DiSEqC

Usually when a DiSEqc switch is bad - it will by default pass the signal from port 1 (which normally is connectd the 119 LNB) - it is unusal that you are getting the 110 LNB signal by default - are you sure you have the 110 LNB connected to port 2 on the switch?

If Chad5286 is using a DiSEqC switch that came with the rec. (cheap) then He needs to get a GOOD Quality One

Like a Emp. or Chieta Heavy Duty switch, those receiver ones are Garbage, Also he has to set/assign the right port #'s

in Dish settings to match the cabling to the Switch.
