Default A boy wanted to ask a girl to the dance...

Joe really liked this girl in his class, Kate. So he decided to ask her to the school dance. But he wanted to make it special so he would know he would say yes. He decided to buy her flowers and chocolate.

So Joe went off to the local flower shop. When he got there, he immediately noticed the huge line of people. But he knew that Kate was worth the wait.

Finally he got his flowers and went to the grocery store. They had chocolate on sale. "Perfect", he thought. Until he saw the line. But again, he knew she was worth it. After what felt like an hour long wait, he left the store and headed to Kate's house to ask her to the dance.

When she saw the flowers and chocolate, she immediately shouted "Yes!". This was the best day of Joe's life.

Now he had to buy a tuxedo to impress her. He went to the tuxedo store and wasn't surprised to see the snake of a line that went around the shop. But, once again, he knew it was worth it.

The night of the dance finally came. Joe was having the best time of his life. But after awhile he started to get thirsty. He asked Kate if she wanted some punch, and she said sure.

When he got up to the table, he was relieved to see that there was no punch line.
