    Getting the exact same numbers ( 85% signal intensity and 82% signal quality ) for all channels and every TP . Any ideas why this would happen ? Any help appreciated , having troubles in connecting to server

    probably the boxes signal meter. Has nothing to do with connecting to server anyway

    South meters are working fine , all different numbers

    what are you setting a far as LNB and switch. What hardware are you using? It could be you are in the sat foot print and all TP's are strong.

    i dont know why he is worried about signal and quality when the issue is connecting to server???

    Yes , the issue is connection , but I noticed that previously when my codes were disconnected prematurely by reseller , the signal and quality were stuck on the same numbers as they are now . New codes were given to me , and all returned to normal . Have asked reseller to test codes , but am waiting . Need to eliminate codes before I start replacing equipment

    Turns out , the resellers codes were no good after all the nonsense . Not the first time I have been told that the problem is "on my end" , ten I change equipment and test etc , only to find codes were messed .....
