hi i bought a jynxbox ultra hd v30 i have a dish 20 dish dish digital lnb i had a dreamlink t5 before and got 98 signal on 91 and 82 now i cant get any signal from bell 82 i had to put 91 connected to the box and can pick up all channels what could be the problem thanks for any help

look on the back and see what tuner slot you are using, then make sure you have the correct tuner selected in the antenna setup, also switches and LNB type. More than likely the tuner slot though.

hey jet this is my setup lnb1 fixed 11250 legacy switch sw21 dish 1 for 91 85signal legacy lnb ocs dp 22k off pol auto if i put lnb 2 fixed 11250 legacy sw 21 dish 2 legacy lnb ocsdp 22k off pol auto i get nothing for 82 any idea why thanks for any help

I KNOW YOU ISSUE
I had same . Should be change turbo 22500 for each freq. Or update via USB old config which you have for another jynkbox

figure it out had to set to sat 1 and have 88 signal strength for 82
