jynxbox ultra hd v3 119 scan missing ch 300 hbo east

hello guys i did a scan on a jynxbox ultra hd v3 , from 3 sats (110,119,129) and got like 732chs on 119 and 635chs on 110 on blind scan...(that was the highest amount per sat usually it was like 400 to 500 ch per sat) , scan was done connected to a diseq sw and noticed that ch 300 hbo east was missing from 119 and everything else appears fine , i was wondering if maybe the channel is no longer available or the cause was i needed to scan from each sat alone without the diseq sw then connect it afterwards , this did not happen too often on receivers but when it does i believe doing an individual scan may confirm that you get only that sat scan...... any help would be appreciated thanx in advance.

what file are you using

its the way it comes the seller says dont load any files in it its file 4.0.02 (firmware) i had actually tried to load file 139 via usb which was supposed to be the last file without the clone killer in case it was a clone and the message "not a valid file" came up but the receiver seems to be an original.... i guess ill try a scan just from the 119 sat alone and see if it picks up ch 300.

Make sure the transponder data on the unit is current:compare it against current data that's available at Lyngsat.com

you shouldn't be using blind scan to pull in the channels, that's used for true fta and not ideal for what you want,
ch 300 is on sat 119w, tp=12355/H/21500...V 4386/ A 4387/ P 4386
just go to installation>Dish Setting>select sat you want to scan>Red button>Scan

yeah thanx guys and thanx bobby at first it only picked up very little channels with a regular scan maybe 127 or 220 chs then with the blind scan it got 732 on 119 and 635 on 110 but got some doubles too.... i guess ill experiment and scan each individual sat alone also check lingsat and the tps...but i cant complain on this lil receiver for the price...its so tiny and it works out of the box just load server info and the resolution is so clear and you have so many different resolution modes to use i have it on 1080p 60 hertz i have a 1080p tv this may very well replace my sv8000 hd classic receiver. i also wanted to try the DL T6 that is both iks & iptv but mostly all are clones i ordered one and returned it cuz it was a clone..very few vendors have originals if any.

update.....i deleted the 119 sat and rescanned with auto scan and this time it got like 517ch and now it picked up ch 300 all is well i will check 110 and just delete any doubles thanx again everyone and happy holidays...
