    Default No signal

    Hello.

A few wks ago I lost signal on the 110 and 119
Nothing has changed with dish alignment
tried new lnb, switches, and cable no results
I have signal on only 3 tps
Spent days messing with dish alignment with no results.

    Any suggestions?????

if the 3 tps your getting signal on are symbol rate from 20000 then i would say the tuner failed ( JB200 8PSK Tuner Module )

    Thank you for your response
I checked and yes all the TPs with a signal are 20000.
Is this typical for the tuners to fail???

Does anyone know how many TPs are on the 110 and 119. Also does a blind scan work for finding them or is there files to be loaded on the reciever. Don't know much about this.

I'm assuming these have to be entered manually if they are missing ?

ajsb you will need to replace the JB200 8PSK Tuner Module

after you get the tuner swapped out follow this how to

how to fix the tps for 110 and 119 sat for the Mpeg4 change

the easiest way is the do a factory reset. then reset your setting for your sats . rescan all sats that you are using except for sat 110 and 119. to get sat110 back go to manual scan change the first tp to the new mpeg4 setting by selecting edit tp red button on remote then change symbol rate from 20000 to 21500 and change the polarity to v then change Mode from QPSK TO TURBO then save . now go to the #2 tp and use the yellow button on remote and delete all the remaining tps just leave the first tp there , ones all the remaining tps are deleted hit the blue button on remote to scan then set network search to on then hit ok and all channels will scan back in with good signal , after your done go to tv channels in menu hit the blue button on remote to edit then hit red button on remote set to sort SID exist and save . finished.

ps if you do not delete the remaining tps and set NETWORK SEARCH to on you will get all double channels .

for 119 when your in the manual scan set to 119 sat, if the first tp got quality and strength , then leave the first one alone and delete all the rest of the tps for 119 then hit the blue button and you will get all channels back

    Thank you everyone.
    New jb200 works great.

I have a new problem now. I cannot connect my receiver to server.
Plugged Ethernet cable into the back and none of the lights come on
    Keeps saying connection failed.

    Anyone experience anything similar?????

Switch from dhcp to static, write a different range ip for example 192.168.69.69 and apply. Exit, turn off the box, turn back on and set it to DHCP again, exit, turn off and back on and check if the ip is the correct one for your network, if not then the lan chip might be dead. Second option try using wifi...
