All of this confusion is completely avoidable...all you have to do is open your translation book & tell your customers that you will be away for awhile & will be back as soon as possible.If you had done that,people would not be slamming you.Are Mexicans above the laws of common sense?

to be honest I only receive 1 PM on the new years eve from you and I responded it in the 2nd I think the delay was cas the holiday Sorry but family needs time. To.

All PM has been replied every day 2 or 3 times only the ones are asking for up/down are deleted I can't answer that many PM's that's why the up/down thread is for.
