Load it or play it? Just save the m3u file to a directory. To play it you can use VLC player or in KODI you can use the Playlist Loader addon.

I got mine from gearbest, 103 Canadian Dollores. So far, I like it. Have to remove pre-installed kodi since it was rc3.
Ota update always fail so I have to do it via USB.
One thing I could not figure out is how to use universal remote control with it. I have simpleset remote which works fine with Dreamlink t1 and buzztv. I tried coolsat and mygica code but it did not work. Any help is highly appreciated!
