    Default Lost sound?

Hi All.I have a mag 254 with two different iptv providers installed. one provider the volume is fine, works as it should. The second provider, the volume is very quiet. I have read that the software is the problem so i reluctantly upgraded to r17. The problem is still there. ( big surprise ). Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanx

I have the blue bottons on the remote set for the tv volume. I find it odd that one provider works perfectly and the other( which happens to be the so called top dog) has problems. If i have to do a factory reset on the mag i will do that as a last resort. All three of the mags i have are all doing the same. One is using r12 one is r14 and now one is r17. Makes me think its a server issue...very odd

Thanx to all that answered...i think i will wait for abit before before flashing back to factory. I very rarely use the service that has the problem. I thought i would have read about more mags having a volume problem. All was good until i entered the new info.. very odd

Did you try both volume controls on the mag remote?
