Default How to remove embedded portal from mag 254

I bought a used box last month and it had a subscription already.
I would like to remove the portal information/settings.

I've tried using the bootloader method by holding the menu button while turning on the system and i'm able to set default settings on the blue screen and I press save then it reboots.

After booting up, when I go to portal settings, the embedded portal is still there..

Also I'm using line out on the back to my stereo but the line out has buzzing sound, any idea what that could be?

To bypass the embedded portal go to bios by holding the menu button{above the volume button} while you restart the Box!!
