Default re-populating channels on epg with sat 110

I don't have sat 119 connected anymore to my box through my dish.

Does anyone know what channel to keep the epg on to re-populate sat 110?

    Thanks in advance.

Thank You The Noof, but going to any of these Channels listed here I can only get up to 4 Hours EPG. I would be nice to even get 24 Hours, but not asking for a 7 Day EPG.

Are there any other Channels on Sat 110 that the receiver can be left on so it will get close to 24 hours? Thanks in advance.

The full EPG takes up a lot of bandwidth, so more than a few shows is only carried on a single TP. Think there is a full EPG stream on one of the HD satellites. You can just go on-line and get EPG info you know. I've been playing with getting EPG from 101 degree sat DSS prov that many older boxes can tune into but you have to parse 4 hour data from one PID and then the rest from other PID (all on single TP with the main EPG data coming in at about 500k bits per second)

If you go to James uplink site and search for "Subchannel EPG Channel" you might find a good TP to use though--thing it is showing TP 21 right now.
