You should get your divers certification before running out and buying one, and I don't see a reserve tank on that thing, what if the battery run's out and your a bit too deep to come right up?

What no foot fins?Fins would let you swim around with very little effort.
Fins could make it too easy to pull that thing under water, or swamp it by going too fast, I think the float should be bigger.
