    i bet they forgot to recharge their portable fire extinguishers from the last fire! Probably going to let the whole truck burn up, i do not see anybody there trying to extinguish it.

    If there's current flowing through the vehicle you don't want to be near it. If the ground is electrified there can be a difference of potential in 2 spots of ground, known as step voltage.

    Look at the outriggers they are on fire that is where the vehicle is grounded.
