it's called stacking ........ either you are doing it ..... or the service/sever thinks you are ...... eg: if you have more then one box & using it @ the same time .... you get auto-banned ........ or if you're sharing the service with someone else you get auto-banned ... not familiar with that box .... never heard of it ...... sid - station identification number aka secure id number ........ <~ old school ........

what i would do is contact you're service provider & explain what's going on ........ good luck

It's a protection method against people resharing the service. If you just power down the box you're not using, then power up the other, it will never be an issue. But if you get a little drunk and forget, you may have it happen again.....happy beer in the garage drinking......lol

I know this thread is a few weeks old but just wanted to chime in that my neighbor had a similar issue with his jyxebox a while back he only has 1 receiver and said he was flipping back and forth from a few channels using the last channel button on remote then it froze up and so he reset his iks then after the reset he couldn't connect to server come to find out he had been auto banned by server they told him to rescan his channels because it could cause this sometimes he did and never had the problem again. They were not sure what causes this to happen but said it has happened before occasionally to other people running the jynxbox and to becareful it didn't happen again or he could be permanently banned from the server because it still causes issues with their server, even though it was out of his control.
War is hell on the homefront!!!
