`We need more info on your setup, how many LNB's and type, and any external Diseqc switch.

If you have a Dish 1000 LNB and are using it without a power inserter you could have damaged the receiver.

thanks Terryl for replying so quickly. I am
clueless on what type of LNB I have , I know I have one dish with 4 LNBs

thats about as much as I know

all other sats work fine except for 119 signal is at 42, usually when this happens I just change the jb200 and it works fine after but this time it didnt work.

If all the lnb's are of the same type, transpose the 119 with the one used for 110 to confirm/eliminate it as the issue.

#1 - Swap the 110 & 119 cables around up at the LNB's, if the issue jumps to the other sat then you know it's something in the cables or switch and not the LNB.

#2 - If swapping the cables doesn't change anything, bypass the switch with a barrel-connector so only the 119 LNB is connected and runs direct to the receiver, if still no change then it's a good chance the 119 LNB is shot or it got moved slightly.

NOTE !!! Remember to shut off your receivers main-power before disconnecting ANYTHING in your system.

We need to know the brand/type/manufacture of the LNB(s) before swapping out stuff.
