Could be certain channels, overloads to certain cards? He'd have to provide more info to specify.

Maybe it froze up mid stroke and he couldn't finish?

I pay for 30mbps but on weekends get less than 2mbps
I guess that's mild to you?

don't say really fast internet until you understand throttling
I can get 30 mbps on a website and 3 mbps on netflix at exact same time of day for example

Ch 126 sund just went down along with 130 hdmov in case thay wanna know what’s down so they can get it back up and running smooth again

just a suggestion
just because your paying for fast high speed internet , if the line your set up on has to much traffic on it you will have problems streaming even key sharing . did you try login into your modem and checking the traffic on the channel they have you set on . if it says severe then you probably can select a different channel till you get one to say usable . mine has 11 channels to chose from

Freezing bad tonight on many ch ex history ch hope they get this fixed soon enough people on this server should be able to fix or is it take the money and run and leave us with junk and I don’t care what people say I had my internet tested twice and it’s fine I’m useing iptv with no problems but don’t like it as much as Iks like I said it work super until thay added to many people on one server and it can’t handle it so it freezes what every thay done the other night when it went down it worked for about a day and then back to freezing please fix this and don’t rip your customers off I paid a lot to have this and can’t use it just my two cents

The issue is if you only have this service under one server on the box it could work.

If you have another service for example north server and it stays up....no disconnected just connected....no freezing then what was posted there would not work.

Yes I agree with you on that issue maybe if they took their server down for a few hours no more than half a day by rebooting the server it would help in the disconnections server down and the freezing that goes on every few minutes.

It really don’t matter the cost of it it’s the fact that it should work half decent I’m not the only one that paid I’m sure but I’m hear to try to get things fixed up I know a sub would cost more but right now I have nothing for what we paid that’s all not even a day out of it so I’m paying for iptv and should not have to that’s all don’t mean to get anyone upset it’s down @2:00am hope it comes back fixed up fingers crossed
