I didn't think the latest software would allow you to change Mac addy. Your reseller has to change it.

I pressed the blue button and it gives you the option to change mac addy

The OK2 panel will not let you change Mac addy like other panels!!

Confirmed I saw it with my own eyes, the blue button allows the change of mac.

Your not running both boxes at the same time are you?
I don't think that two devices whit the same MAC addy can be online at the same time, it would create a big mess somewhere.
Now if your replacing an old box whit a new one then it's OK, but have no idea why it wont connect.
