Different things can cause signal loss. Check a few of these.

Make sure your dish is peaked for maximum signal
Check for corrosion on the ends of your cables connecting the LNB's and any other connections (switches, Grounds)
82 requires a Turbo 8psk board. Make sure the board is seated correctly in the receiver. Unplug pull the cover remove and reinstall.
If you have a switch remove it from the line and put the sat straight to the receiver. This will make sure the switch is not bad.

Try a few of those and see if it helps.

    What receiver are you using?

Turn your receiver off and go up to the dish and swap the cables around, if the issue jumps to the other sat then you know it's something in the cabling or switch. If the issue does not jump then it's a good chance it's the LNB failing.

If those suggestions don't help then your jb200 may be running hot or failing.
