I was transferring a video to a Kindle Fire and about 3/4 of the way through, the Kindle got buggy and froze up. I rebooted it and when I plug it back into my computer, it says there is a problem with the file system and wants to know if I want to fix it. If I choose mo and went on. I can see that the bad transfer is using up drive space. In other words, I have about the same amount less drive space as the video was. Te file doesn't show up or anything, just the space is used. I am not sure how to fix it. I am kind of scared to let windows fix it since it is a Linux format. I am assuming that it is a Linux format anyway. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do to fix it?

I just ahead and let windows scan and fix the problem. I have my drive space back and all seems well now.

Good to hear Yogi, I read your first post, but don't have one of those hummers, so I couldn't help you out.

I love my hard back books, and always will, the kindle craze put one of my nephews out of a job, he worked for a book binding company, so I'm not that into the kindle craze.
