That is terrible.I don't know why the communist should lay charges against the owners of the building because they alowed it with a permit to build it.I think they should solve the problems somehow...

Your right it is a terrible thing when you see the amount of birds being killed. We all know and have known for years that birds will fly into glass so why have we allowed them to build like this. <br />
