Elliptical Dish Setup to get 110/ 118-119

Hello folks,

I am a newbie here trying to setup my dish. One installer told me he could get an elliptical dish of 22", and have one 118-119 lnb in one part of Y socket, and another lnb to the other socket pointing at 110.

is that feasible??? I have read so many threads, and some people claim to get the three birds with a dish smaller than 33". I was just wandering if i could set that up abit like a dish500...

any suggestions will be appreciated!!
