Which do you prefer? I like the Shimano for price but the Daiwa's ones are sweet, especially the Zillions.

I prefer shimano..spincast.Spend the bucks thou for a good one..Jmo

Daiwa's ones are sweet, especially the Zillions. and yes there very pricey, Don't know if I could spend that kind of money,that would cost me 1k for rod and reel

Shimano reels are the best.they will last along time.

OK ending up getting the Static Ci4 2500 reel. It's sweet.

I use to be pro staffed by shimano, for the price and the type of bearings shimano uses, you are getting by far a much smother reel and drag system then you do with just about any competitors. The...

I agree, I have used a Stradic for over 10 years and love it.. Shimano is my choice for reels and bike derailers.. Um unless someone wants to pay for a full campagnolo super record derailler and...

I just wind them up on a stick, works every time, saves a ton of money.

And a 1/4 stick with a dip net saves time also.

And i'm sure you would outfish everyone here with their fancy dodads.. I remember a fishing trip where one guy embarased everyone with his Fisher Price fishing rod and reel..:D
He had the most and bigest catches..
