Ordered a Dreamlink HD from Leesatt, had problems, Chris took care of it. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a receiver, great service.

I had problems with my Dreamlink HD and within minutes of contacting Chris he send me the info to get me up and going again. He turned my frown upside down many Thanks!

see how great he is now three days now trying to get him on phone and email to replace a freesat remote nothing yet

he is a very good person hard to find this days, my dreamlink hd come with problem to florida ,i send llee one email, he replay to me , send the receiver back to canada and in one wwek get back another hd in working condition.

dont get me wrong shipping was good an fast but i have recieve a few thing missing from the box but other friends order fom other comp and get everything in the box .I think he just dont want to honour the warranty, but like i said I keep trying to get a hold of him

just recieve and email (Dear customer,
Your purchase was made in March and we only receive 30 days warranty from the manufacturer
Since your remote is failing way over the 30 day mark, we cannot exchange for you as we do not stock replacement remotes as the manufacturer is no longer around.)

sorry we do not have any freesat stock or remotes we stopped purchasing these units since they were released in March as the manufacturer will not give us any warranty.
I have my own personal receiver that i can swap a remote for you for.
But honestly, its been 4 months.....
But i always go out my way to help
please send old one back and i will send my own personal remote for you

i can also say he is a good guy aswell i put my freesat in a cabinet not realising how hot the got,i burnt out my sk900, i went back to him to buy another sk900, he gave me another sk900 and also gave me an sk200 as well,he did not have to do that as i did not expect that. for the individual with the remote issue did you check to see if the remote still worked if you held it up really close to the stb, if so then just go buy yourself a universal remote with learning functions and quit complaining, because thats how most of the remote issues with the freesat have been solved if you cared to do any reading
