Yes you do. First you must set up your east-west limits on the vbox and then save all sat positions after you have scanned them in.

i am using the nano2 convert to ilink , do you have to do anything to your receiver[like go into tinsetting it up for the disque

how do you set the azimute , like dish in my part of the country is 52* is there an easy to set that up.

right now i am getting nothing , but i am sure that is because i do not have it on the satellite ARC

I don't think you should be using a box for fta which is meant for iks. You need to be using a reliable receiver which has a blind scan. If your dish is not on the arc then you will not get anything.

I totally argee with costactc. Your receiver is going to be very poor for C Band. You wont be sastisfied at all...You need a receiver like an Openbox one actually made for FTA.

Setting up your dish is just like an offset only a little more detailed...

What kind of LNB, or LNBF do you have?

An inexpensive receiver which will also scan in all hd channels as well would be a skybox s12.

I didn't see the Skybox, but I did see the openbox S9 & S10 at shop4 fta

I've actually been waiting for this little gem to become available
