Former four time heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield (44-10-2, 29 KOs) was ringside in Donetsk to watch Paulie Malinaggi (31-4, 7 KOs) win the WBA welterweight title with a ninth round stoppage of Vyacheslav Senchenko (32-1, 21 KOs).

Holyfield, who turns 50-years-old on October 19th, is not event thinking of retirement. He still wants to fight heavyweight champions Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko.

"I am ready to fight for a world title, and if the Klitschko brothers are willing to fight me in the ring, I'll do everything in my power to win. I just need their approval to do the fight," Holyfield said.

Anyone here one to see this fight? I think all these fighters are trying to get one more fight in before the end of the world as predicted by the Mayans!

this is how bad the heavyweight division is, everyone thinks they could be competitive against the klitschko's. truth is, the klitschko's aren't that good, but we are in a midst of a heavyweight depression, so the klitschko boys are dominating the ring.

there aren't any good heavyweight fighters and there aren't any coming up in the near future....so let's watch the smaller guys.

tyson in his day against one of the boys...well let's just say this, i hate to imagine what he'd be biting off, lol.

I watched some of Tysons KO's from an old VHS tape I have and man was he ever devasting. As he said fought with bad intentions. It's to bad he went off the rails and spiraled down after becoming champ and then sunk to low tactics to stay in the game. Youngest HW chanpion ever, he sure was fun to watch. I don't think he would have trouble against the robot brothers in his hay day, one just has to view some of his fights from the late 80's. :)
