BUCKS KEEP NETS ON THE SKIDS WITH ROUT IN NEW JERSEY

East Rutherford, NJ (Sports Network) - Andrew Bogut scored 14 of his 18 points in the second half, and the Milwaukee Bucks capitalized off numerous New Jersey mistakes to throttle the Nets, 98-76, at the IZOD Center.
Carlos Delfino netted 17 points for the Bucks, who have won back-to-back contests following a 1-7 stretch. Milwaukee scored 22 points off 17 New Jersey turnovers and won for just the fourth time on the road (4-11) this season.
Yi Jianlian had 22 points for the Nets, who fell to a dismal 3-31 mark on the season. Chris Douglas-Roberts finished with 12 points and Brook Lopez scored 11 to go with seven rebounds in defeat.
Down 52-41 at the half, the Nets didn't help themselves over the final 24 minutes by going just 11-of-36 from the field.
"We talked about at halftime, we didn't want them to make it a game," Bucks guard Luke Ridnour said. "We wanted to keep pushing the lead. The starters did a good job, and everyone who came in did a good job."
A layup from Yi had New Jersey within 54-45, but the Bucks scored the next eight points, capped by a Bogut short turn-around jumper. The difference was 78-59 moving to the fourth, and the Bucks were in front by as many as 24 in an uneventful final quarter.
Early on, it looked as if the Nets would take control of the contest, starting with an 8-0 spurt from the opening tip-off. Courtney Lee's alley-oop jam culminated the push, but the Bucks bounced right back and grabbed a 14-13 edge on a pair of Delfino free throws.
Brandon Jennings sank a pair from the foul line at the close of the first for a 22-16 margin, and the Bucks widened that lead to 43-29 with five minutes left in the half following a pair of free throws from Hakim Warrick.
"We had them down early they should have been way down," Nets head coach Kiki Vandeweghe said. "We let them off the hook with turnovers. There's no way to sugar-coat it, we were not good tonight."

Warrick had 13 points and Ridnour 11 for Milwaukee...New Jersey's starting backcourt of Lee and Devin Harris combined to shoot 3-of-16 from the field...Prior to the game, the Nets waived guard Rafer Alston and acquired guard Chris Quinn from the Miami Heat with the Heat's second round draft pick in 2012 and cash considerations in exchange for the Nets' 2010 second round draft pick.
