You would use a standard Ku band (12.2 to 12.7 GHz) circular LNB or one from Dish, a DP dual will work, but your going to need a second dish to use it on, or replace the current dish you have with a Dish 1000.2, Dish 1000.4 or a Dish 1000 western arc.
This gets you 110, 119, 129.
A Dish 1000 plus, will get you 110, 118, 119 and 129.

14590A suggestion when aligning 129 is use transponder 12516
Any dish will get 129 with standard LNB

Do you know what the TP # for aiming 129 would be on a provider IRD?

You mean a Dish receiver?
They find it by doing a switch check, it will automatically find the right TP for 129W. (If you have the DP or DPP equipment)

Best option is to go with the 1000.2 dish, you get 3 in 1 (110, 129, 119).
