Well according to the "Road Runner/Coyote" rule, the bolder would slip first, then the coyote would hang in the air for a few seconds, till the Road Runner went "MEEP MEEP" stuck his tongue out at him several times, and took off like a bat out of heck.

Then the Coyote would fall, passing the bolder on his way down, he would hit the ground first, with the Road Runner down at the right spot waiting for him to hit, then a few seconds later the bolder would drop right on top of him.

So according to that rule the Coyote would hit first.
