No Sub ... No IKS
You will need an EchoStar IRD with a "Married" N3 purple SmartCard.
The EMM ( " Entitlement Management Message " ) is open for all N3 CAMs ( " Conditional Access Module " )

NBA TV is on EchoStar 110W, TP 9 .... in stunning SD. Unknown about Turbo 8PSK HD.

Some games are LIVE. Most others are replays or delayed network games.
Not to bad during the Playoffs right now.

The LIVE NBA Final Games are on some other network, .... but NBA TV is frickin' free.
