Currently I have two receivers running. At my roof I have 2 satellite
1 sat for 118/119 (33inch dish)

If you get Zinwell 3x4 switches you can hookup to 4 receivers!

Well it looks like you have 4 satellites, 82, 91, 118 and 119.
We need to know what type of LNBs you have, as you can't mix some types without switching problems.
If you have dual standard LNB's then a standard 4 x 4 Diseqc switch will work.
If you have DP or DPP type LNB's then a DPP44 switch is needed.
If you have legacy (old type), then a legacy switch will be needed, if you have the newer legacy type LNB's then a standard Diseqc switch will be needed.
So you see a bit of info from you will help us greatly.
Info like:
Types/brands of LNB's you have now.
Type/brand of any switch you have now.
And type/brand of receivers you have now, and what one your adding.

hi ok so i decided i would just take out the 91/82 sat because currently is not working and its been down ever since i got it put up on the roof. so no point of me making a point through it. So what i have decided i only want 118/119 so if i just want that with 3 receivers setup. what kind of switch do i need?
i am planning to buy nano sat premium se from online. the guy is offering me a switch in that in his listing. can some one tell me will that be a good switch for my setup?

The switch included in the listing is for connecting four LNB's to one receiver. A 3x4 switch should do the job for you.

I'd go with a Zinwell switch... Shouldn't have any problems in the winter, but like any switch they should be mounted out of the weather.

From the Lnb connect 2 lines to the Zinwel. From the Zinwel you can run 4 lines to 4 receivers!

The LNB your using for 118/119 has two outputs, one side should be marked 13V, the other should be marked 18V, they go to the appropriate inputs on your switch (13V, 18V) the ANT input on the switch is for an external TV antenna.
And if you have the second dish, use one (1) of the LNB's on it, (you can take the other one off) and set it up for 110, that way you get the rest of the channels, as 110/119 are companion satellites, the channel line up is mixed up between the two.
Connect the other LNB just like in the photo Fonger posted.

Did you try grounding the switch?
And how long are the coax cables from the switch to each of the receivers?

hi no i didn't ground the switches, but it was working fine before. the cables are around 50 to 75 feet long i will say from the switch to receivers
So where is this switch located? Is it possible to change locations of the receivers to see if the problem remains in same location, or moves with the receiver? It is just something that you are overlooking, still other outside variables causing this.
