I'm looking to set up a 118 dish for my parents as they acquired a sub from a relative in the states (we live in Canada). They're only interested in the internationals so a simple setup that would work with a Dish reciever would be best. I've read some info on the cb2008a lnb and it's compatibly with the old 311 reciever. I'm wondering if this lnb would also be compatible with something newer like a vip211. From what I understand the cb2008a with a Dish receiver will not pick up 119, which is not a problem.
Can anyone confirm if a cb2008a on a 33 inch wing dish would be compatible for the setup?
