yea, no doubt. I only see a couple of lawyers looking for someone to join a class action suit over this

2 friggin desert-dry weeks and then a lousy couple hours of off/on rain and this crap ( it IS sewer-backup ) happens.
Mayor goes on tv and says how PROUD he is of the workers cleaning it up.
He is so FULL of s**t---thats the reason it backed-up just south of city-hall.
This city is completely falling apart and im SOOOO proud!!!
