Hi group,
I have a DL HD and currently i have 82 and 91 set up on one dish
i also have 110 and 119 set up on a second dish.
I just got the DL HD and i am looking at adding 129.
Can anyone tell me what i will need to add this bird.
do you use a regular Lnb ? etc
i took a quick try at it with no luck.
Thank you for any information.
Happy testing

The same lnbs will work for 129 but are either of your dishes elitical? If not you will need to put up another dish or get your hands on a dish 1000 series dish and add 129 to that one along with 110 and 119.

No problem to add an lnb to your existing dish with an Ne Plus Ultra bracket!
Just make sure that you use 12516 transponder to get 129!

Hi , Thank you for the information.
one more question, i have a VS Ultra that i have used in the past to set up and lock in my sats , will this work for finding the sat 129, or does it need to be a HD unit ?
I currently have two ports open on my diseqc switches, so no problems there about where to add the additional feed.
Just was not sure about if the LNB was different from the ones i currently use.
I currently have a Y adapter on my 110 and 119 , is there an adapter made to allow 129 to be added ?
Thank You and happy testing

as Glatt said tp 12516 is an sd tp so yes your VS should work And for your location I would use a separate dish
