Hey guys. Been out of the testing world since dave days and my head is throbbing from several days of new knowledge absorbing....

I'm trying to figure out a LNB/sat setup for east coast usa to get 3 birds on dn. I have read that dn sets up new customers with 61.5, 72, & 77 on a DPP1000 dish/lnb configuration. Is this correct??? I've also read that 61.5 is a mirror of 129, but NOT supported by most IKS!?!?! True?

Just trying to figure out what birds will service me.

Thanks for the help.

I am not sure what dn does with new customers.

61.5 is not a mirror of 129.....72.7 is close, but still not a mirror to 129.

Most of the HD that was on 61.5 has been moved to 72.7.....61.5 contains SD channels part of the dish 500 package and HD local networks.

There is no FTA receiver that can lock the 77 sat.

The PS that you choose determines what sats are supported for IKS.

Try racertv for bev or get 110 119 and 129 for south birds. 61.5 and 72.7 are useless!

I thought 110, 119, & 129 were not visible from east coast?

61.5 and 77 sat you will need an HD receiver with the special board. You should get 110 and 119 will no problem and depending on location maybe 129 for HD.
