Trouble setting up my Dishes

I have set two sets of dish for 119 and 110.
Getting 75 t0 80 strenght on both but no quality appears.
I have a sonicview premier 360.
Do I have to have a provider to set this up.

no you do not need a provider to set this up but use tp freq 12224 for 110 and tp freq 12297 for 119

Make sure all your satellite settings in your menu are correct first............lnb type, ports and switches if you have one. Then do as instructed in post 2. Set the transponder on that satellite as they listed then start making 1/4 inch adjustments until you get some quality meter going. Also do you have your settings on the dish correct.........azimuth, skew, degrees for longitude. Don't forget to make sure your dish is grounded and that is plumb and level.

Use a SF-95 sattelite finder to determine cable power and pin point 110/119 in two seconds .
