what reciever is good for true fta?

Hello everyone! I am looking for friend and he wants reciever for just true fta and he wants to no what is the best one to get? He has 1 meter dish and sg2100 moteck rotor and he can get sat cruiser nova for nothing but i thought id ask some questions for him! Hope to talk to u all before the long weekend hits, I also hope i posted in the right section too.

For the price I would choose a Skybox F3 receiver which will scan in all hd fta channels as well- picked mine up for $48. Other options would be an azbox which will open 4:2:2 feeds and is like a multi media center as well and an optibox receiver as well. If sd is only your concern then try to find and old coolsat or pansat.
