Gentlemen,
I hope this is the CORRECT place to post this question.
I have a WYSE Model NO.: VXO V90L XPe 1.2G 1G / 1G - 01L
Bought this item on Ebay. I really like to know the:
"CURRENT PASSWORD", What ever I've tried DON'T work.
Get a message saying: CURRENT PASSWORD is INCORRECT".
Can someone please help me to retrieve or delete/erase this, to
find the CORRECT CURRENT PASSWORD.
Thank you, so much in advance.

Well, your best method is to use google search. Default FTA password tends to be 0000. You can often reload a factory file and get back to default password. If not an FTA box then things get far more complicated--I did not google to see what type of box yours is.
Is this a receiver?
Google the model number. I came up with some manuals, they weren't satellite receivers though.

Um, well this is a section for FTA receivers, so not sure you will get the best advice here. From what little I have done looking at password bypassing in PCs you are out of luck--passwords tend to be put in spots you can't get to and can't read without knowing the password--or at least one administrator password. Best you are likely going to be able to do is install a new operating system, like linux. I seem to recall that there were boot CDs of linux that might be able to get you into the hard drive and you might be able to get out the password file from there.

Fireport is the default PW, it must be your reset sequence that is not correct. Once you get in maybe post your result at getting a client going.

Here is the instruction I used to do the reset. It worked for me.
JVH is correct we should find another section for this thread or start a new one once you get inside

Since this was totally in the wrong section, (thanks JVH) I moved it to were it will get the proper attention.
And here is a link to a place that will give you many options on recovering passwords.
