Media Player?

Can anyone recommend a good media player that gets lots of movies and sports?
I have been looking at the WD TV Live Plus and the Roku 2XD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !

i just bought the roku 2 xs and really like it---it doesnt have the free chit that the apple 2 does---but wow picture quality and programming is awesome! its a blast looking and finding new channels----alot of private chnls are free---the big ones netflix---hulo plus cost ya some cash but there worth it!

I am looking for a cheaper HD media player,like Apple TV 2 where I can use XBMC to watch live south Asian TV channels and internet website.I am in Toronto.Apple TV 2 is expensive in Toronto.I do not need Apple TV 3.

I have Apple Tv and Roku XD !
Apple has more but I get Netflix with Roku.
Both have pluses and minuses, but for the money Roku is pretty good !!!
