Now first off I am not here to bash on All star. They have been a good company and have as far as I have always been told or involved made good on bad product or issues. HOWEVER I am not very happy with them today for being missleading to me and I would like some input from others.

I usually walk in to pick up receivers to review or try from Incredible FTA near me accross the border in BC. However I just do not have time. So I emailed the two companys I trust based on history in Calif. Allstar and ShopFTA. They both had the same price on the Dreamlink after Shopfta agreed to match Allstar. I specifically asked if they ship out PRIORITY US mail 2 to 3 days as most on Ebay do and its only 6-8 bucks to send for shipper. I have confirmation from Blake at Allstar that if I purchase they ship out PRIORITY MAIL within 48 hours of payment. AWESOME! I will order and if even sent within 72 hours I will have by Friday of this week. I leave for Florida meetings next Mon to wED.

I order and pay. I also order a HD module from Chicago. Well the module shipped first class and showed up today. Good deal

I had sent an email to ask for tracking number from Allstar to make sure I am around when it shows this week. Never get a reply. Today I go to live chat. The person gives me a FED EX (WTH) tracking number. I ask, whats this. I was told US Priority mail. He says, Oh this is faster. FEDEX smart post. They ship to your USPS office and USPS delivers.

Buying it for a moment I go to run tracking and find it was shipped Tuesday and still is in FEDEX City of Industry CALIF where it has not moved in almost 3 days.

I call FEDEX and she says its the most economical shipping and takes up to 8 days. I AM NOW PISSED!

Then I do some internet research and find its even slower then Media mail and many wait up to 3 weeks or more!

I call Allstar and talk to Blake. He acts like he never said Priority mail and asks if I have recored of this. Luckly I saved each email and I send him the email where he states WE WILL SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL!

Now I have to this point heard nothing back from my email

This is bad business and dishonest in my book. I was wondering if others had any shipping issues with them. Will update on when and if they do anything. I know for a fact based on my business they could change an enroute shipment to faster delivery. My guess is they wont.... Just utter bull shiz!

Sometimes USPS gets through with no Taxes but not always.
