Hello everyone

Until now I had only needed and only had one receiver but now family wants to expand, currently Im hitting 3 birds and have the EMP 4in/1out DiSEqC 2.0 switch water and weather proof. So im trying to find a switch that has 3-4 birds in 3out, been looking around and found a one so far the EMP Centauri 5x4 Multiswitch: hxxp://www.vancouverfta.com/emp-5x4.html, But this switch could have issues with weather, as it is not unclosed like the other switch. So im wondering if there is a way to run the third birds into 1 out and take that 1 out running it inside like i already have, and then splitting it from the inside into 3, thus rendering it completely weatherproof. If i do this does it risk signal loss a great deal as well. Thanks fella's for any input that you have on this matter.

Happy testing

Depending on the sats you are pointing at you might look at the dpp500+ lnbf . Up to 4 sats in to up to 3 receivers with no switch.

thanks for the fast response StanW I am currently hitting 110/119/129 2 separate sats one single lnb for 129 and the dish 500 for 110/119, should have put that into op, is there any other alternatives?

That lnb will get the sats you are pointing at ( with the optional 129 bracket) + 118 with no switch to 3 receivers . Just another option.

Another option would be a dish 1000.2 has 3 outputs for the 3 receivers (separately), plus an optional input for a 4th dp lnb.

the 5x4 emp is only good for two sats anyway It requires two cables from each single lnb to work
