- WWE Champion CM Punk didn't state it on RAW last night but John Cena is scheduled to be his next challenger for the belt. The plan for months has been for Cena to main event at Night of Champions from his hometown of Boston. Cena and Punk are booked as the RAW live event main events through the end of 2012, including the December 27th return to Madison Square Garden.
- WWE Divas Champion Layla wrote the following on Twitter to the new #1 contender Kaitlyn after RAW:
"Wanna send a huge Congratulations to @kaitlynwwe Yes it was a shocker but well deserved #number1contender #divas title #time2get2biz"
- Chris Jericho thanked his fans and sent congratulations to Dolph Ziggler after finishing up with WWE, for the time being, at last night's RAW. Jericho tweeted:
"Thanks to all of my Jerichoholics for an amazing 9 months! I have the BEST fans and I promise u haven’t seen the last of Y2J! See u on tour"
