It's very fake.

The top guy is seating on a metal plat that goes from inside of his sleeve to the ground.

The bottom guy: If you look at the guy setting hold the pool with his right hand you will that is sleeve is hiding the pool that goes to the ground and he is setting on the metal plate that supports everything.

The entire structure in hidden udder the clothes.
