I will try to explain my setup thoroughly, so here goes:
I have two receivers: Recv 1 and Recv 2.
Recv 1 is connect to 110/119 (Legacy Dual LNB) through a SW 21 and Recv 2 is connected to satellites 82/91 (Legacy Dual LNB) through a SW 44 - There is one free output on the SW 44
What do I need to do in order to connect all four satellites to the Recv 1?
Thanks in advance

A diseqc or a 22k switch will do the trick.

I have a 4 in 1 DISEqC Switch Super Mini.
Must I connect the output of the SW21 to Port 1 of the DISEqC and the free output of the SW-44 to Port 2 of the DISEqC followed by the Receiver out of the DISEqC to IRD/STB?
Since you have both dual legacy, if you are using one big dish like free to air dish 39", you can use a bracket that holds 4 Lnbf:
110/119 and 82/91 then either you can use a diseq switch with 4 inputs and 2 out to receiver that way you can havee all the 4 sats on both receivers this the is option #1
Option #2 you can use 44 switch with the power inserter and the , in this option use 4 DP Dual Lnbf, so the set up will be like this
119 to port 1 of 44 switch
110 to port 2 of 44 switch
82 to port 3 of 44 switch
91 to port 4 of 44 switch
from the buttom of the switch
port one where it says to receivers, the very 1 one use it for the power inserter leave it free
port 2 use it for receiver 1, then port 2 for receiver 2
hope this will help you , good luck.

OK, you have 4 dual legacy LNB's, you need both outputs to use the LNB correctly, the legacy LNB uses +13 on one output, and +18 on the other to provide the transponder polarity's.
The SW44 legacy switch will only work for 2 legacy LNB's, +13, +18 from one, and +13, +18 from the other, to use all 4 legacy LNB's to more then 1 receiver you would need a 8x4 legacy switch*.
A SW64 will only work 3 legacy LNB's.
*Something like this one.
