My pc crashed anyway to recover from this? Without losing pics and videos? What can I use? Thanks

What do you mean by crashed. Please give us a few more details such as what favor of PC, OS, did you load/change anything before this problem and finally do you have a a copy of your OS (or recovery disk)?

you can try booting in safe mode by pressing F8 while the computer starts.. but we need more details.. what happens when you start the computer ?

Google the stop code and see what it is. most of the time i boot into hirens and run check disk. open a command prompt and type
c:
chkdsk \f

once thats done try and boot it backup
