DP44 Update

As I have said prior, I was trying to connect the dreamlink HD, and the sonicview elite 360 with DP44, when I connect the inserter as on port 1 and run to the sonicview, I could get 110,118,119, but the 129 it was saying no transponder available, and that made me confused. Should I leave the port 1 alone and connect on port 2?

don't put an fta receiver on the same line as the power inserter

Try TP 12516 on 129W, that is the only SD transponder on that bird that is CONUS.

And I always run the power inserter to the #1 port on it own coax by it's self, then the other 3 ports should run the receivers just fine.(when using FTA receivers)

And make sure the connections at the switch to the LNB's are as follows, 119 to input port #1, 110 to input port #2, 129 to input port #3, 118 to input port #4 of the DPP44 switch, Diseqc switching should follow the input ports.

The dreamlink won't work correctly on port 1 along with the power inserter. The SV8000 is special in that regard. It's the only fta receiver I know of that can do that.

I don't know, never had the equipment to test that combo, to be safe run a separate coax for the inserter, and the 360 on it's own.

I have tried nfusion hd, kbox prodigy and dreamlink hd with dpp44 switch with and without powerinserter. None of the receiver was working perfrctly. Lnb settings are cheesy. Getting half of amount of the channles.

Ok all that I am trying to get is the high definition channels, once that the sat 129 carry all those, off course I do have 118 which also it carries some HD channels, but also one that I am getting the Dream link HD, I was understand that that I would need the sat 129, I am right or wrong?
